How to Prepare & Cook
Sweet Potato
Wash the potato in cold water for 30 seconds
Peel the potato skin with a peeler until all of the skin is removed.
Cut the potato into bitesize chunks, or however you like them.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees and wrap a roasting tin in kitchen foil.
Once the oven is pre-heated, add the sweet potatoes to the roasting tin and add a teaspoon of oil over the top.
Season the sweet potato with salt and pepper, maybe some lemon zest?
Place the roasting tin in the oven, cook for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
